1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or deploying any services from TradeCloud VPS (tradecloudvps.com), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not place an order or use our infrastructure.

2. Server Provisioning & Delivery SLA

We provide instant to semi-automated provisioning on all standard Virtual Private Servers (VPS) and Windows Remote Desktop (RDP) nodes:

• Standard Delivery Time: 15 minutes to 4 hours following manual or automated payment confirmation.
• Credentials Delivery: Server IP, Username, and Initial Root/Admin Password are dispatched via your registered account email and WhatsApp support.
• Customer Responsibility: You are strictly advised to update the default administrator password immediately upon first login.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) & Prohibited Activities

TradeCloud VPS maintains a strict Zero-Tolerance Policy against abusive activities. Any instance of the following will trigger immediate termination without prior notice or refund:

• Cyber Attacks: Outbound/Inbound DDoS/DoS attacks, botnet controllers, port scanning, and IP spoofing.
• Fraud & Phishing: Hosting fraudulent websites, banking Trojans, malware propagation, or email spamming (SMTP port 25 is blocked by default).
• Cryptocurrency Mining: High-load CPU/GPU coin mining scripts that degrade host node hardware without explicit enterprise authorization.
• Illegal Content: Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), copyright-infringing torrent seeding, or unlicensed software dissemination.

4. Payments, Billing & Renewals

• Supported Currencies: We accept PKR (Pakistani Rupees) via Local Bank Transfer / Raast / Mobile Wallets and USD via Binance Pay / USDT TRC20 and Payoneer.
• Payment Verification: For manual transactions (Raast, EasyPaisa, Binance Pay), orders remain in "On-Hold" status until the transaction reference (TxID/Receipt) is verified by our billing desk.
• Invoicing & Grace Period: Renewal invoices are issued 5 days prior to expiration. Unpaid instances will be suspended within 24 hours of expiry and terminated (data wiped) within 48 hours.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the consumable nature of dedicated cloud resources (IP allocations, bandwidth pools, and server deployment overheads):

• Digital Goods Non-Refundable: All VPS/RDP plans are non-refundable once the server credentials have been generated and issued.
• Hardware/Node Failure: If we fail to deliver an active server within 24 hours of verified payment, a 100% store credit or full refund will be issued upon request.
• AUP Violation: Accounts suspended for policy violations or malicious network activities forfeit all rights to a refund or data retrieval.

6. Data Backup & Liability Limitation

• Unmanaged Infrastructure: All instances are strictly self-managed (unmanaged) unless a dedicated support add-on is active.
• Backup Responsibility: The client is solely responsible for maintaining off-site backups of their databases, applications, and operating systems. TradeCloud VPS assumes no liability for data loss resulting from hardware failure, software corruption, or user error.
