• Account Details: Name, valid email address, and official WhatsApp contact number for server credentials delivery and urgent network notices.
• Billing Records: Transaction IDs, payment reference numbers, and billing country. We do not collect or store raw credit/debit card numbers or bank account passwords on our servers.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and operating system collected automatically via standard server logs strictly for DDoS prevention, fraud prevention, and session management.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is processed strictly for operational and provisioning necessities, including:

• Provisioning Windows Remote Desktop (RDP) and Virtual Private Server (VPS) nodes.
• Verifying manual financial transfers (Bank Alfalah, Raast, EasyPaisa, Binance Pay USDT).
• Direct automated dispatch of login credentials and renewal invoices.
• Monitoring network anomalies, abusive resource consumption, and unauthorized intrusion attempts.

3. Data Isolation & Server Privacy

We respect customer server confidentiality:

• Zero Monitoring Policy: We do not inspect, log, monitor, or access the internal applications, trading terminals, databases, or files stored inside your deployed virtual machine unless explicitly requested by you for technical troubleshooting.
• Root/Administrator Access: You are granted sole administrator rights. Once credentials are handed over, the client holds full operational responsibility for all stored contents.

4. Payment Processing Security

All financial settlement channels operate via isolated, industry-standard protocols:

• Local Gateways (PKR): Bank wire transfers and mobile wallets are processed through official banking portals (Raast/EasyPaisa). Only transaction reference receipts are retained for ledger balancing.
• Cryptocurrency (USDT): Blockchain transactions (TRC20/BEP20) are publicly verifiable ledgers; we record only the Transaction Hash (TxID) to link funding with your TradeCloud VPS Order ID.
• Card Services: International payments are routed through secure, verified third-party checkout portals.

5. Information Sharing & Third Parties

TradeCloud VPS maintains a strict privacy posture. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal information with marketing agencies or third-party advertisers. Data is shared strictly under the following circumstances:

• Upstream Datacenter Providers: Limited IP address allocation registration compliant with regional Internet Registry regulations (RIPE / ARIN).
• Legal Compulsion: Disclosure only when mandated by binding court orders or authorized cybercrime investigation departments involving severe abuse (e.g., botnets, cyber fraud).
