At TradeCloud VPS (tradecloudvps.com), our products consist of intangible, irrevocable digital resources—specifically dedicated IPv4 allocations, reserved host node RAM, and enterprise server compute instances. Once provisioned, these resources cannot be physically "returned." Consequently, all deployment sales are final subject to the strict SLA terms below.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios (100% Money-Back Guarantee)

We provide a full 100% refund or equivalent account store credit under the following verified technical conditions:

• Delivery SLA Failure: If your payment is verified and our infrastructure desk fails to deliver functional server credentials within 24 hours of purchase.
• Pre-Provisioning Cancellation: If you submit a formal cancellation request via WhatsApp or email prior to server generation and IP allocation.
• Unresolved Host Node Failure: In the rare event of persistent hardware failure on the host node exceeding 48 consecutive hours of verified downtime that cannot be resolved through server migration.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will strictly not be approved for the following reasons:

• Software & EA Incompatibility: Inability to configure third-party software, Expert Advisors (EAs), indicators, or custom bots due to user error, broker restrictions, or unsupported software.
• Latency / Ping Mismatch: Inaccurate broker location selection by the customer during checkout (e.g., choosing a New York node for an Asian broker server).
• Policy Violations: Immediate service suspension or termination triggered by port scanning, brute-force attacks, outbound DDoS, high-load unauthorized crypto mining, or email spam completely forfeits all rights to refunds.
• Change of Mind: Requests submitted after credentials (IP, Username, Password) have been dispatched and accessed.

4. Payment Reversal & Gateway Dynamics

• Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20 / Binance Pay): Due to the immutable nature of the blockchain and network gas mechanics, approved crypto refunds are credited directly via Binance Pay ID or added as store balance.
• Local Pakistani Gateways (Bank Transfer / Raast / EasyPaisa): Approved reversals are returned to the originating bank account or wallet within 2 to 3 business banking days.
